BACKGROUND: Recently we teamed up with a government client to aid in their efforts to meet the needs of Tunisia Ministry of Finance . Needs include building an online platform to train tax revenue officers in a virtual environment where they can receive training on customer service (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to ensure uniformity and allow monitoring of participants' performance remotely.
